This one-time event makes getting high school and middle school school sports physicals easy and convenient.
The cost is $25 per student at the time of the event.

• Athlete must wear athletic attire. No boots, flip flops, or jeans.
• KSHSAA Physical Form must be filled out by PARENT and ATHLETE prior to arriving.
• Parent must be present with athletes 8th grade or younger.
